Partner and Chair of Bull Housser’s Business Department. Greg’s business law practice focuses on commercial transactions in the energy, infrastructure and other industry sectors, particularly joint ventures, acquisitions and financings. He has assisted clients on a range of major projects, including public-private partnerships, hydropower projects, purchases and sales of businesses in a variety of sectors, co-generation projects, purchases and sales of hydroelectric and wood processing facilities and related financings. He joined Bull Housser in 1987 and was managing partner of the firm from 1999 to 2003. Before going to law school, Greg was a logistics officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, attaining the rank of Captain. Greg was the Silver Medalist at Osgoode Hall Law School (1987) and a Descartes Scholar at the University of Waterloo where he obtained his Bachelor of Mathematics (1980).
