Jon Holmstrom's practice is focused on corporate and commercial banking transactions, cross-border acquisition financing, project finance (mining, wind power and infrastructure), derivative products, corporate loan workouts and restructurings and securitizations. He was also the former Leader of the firm’s Banking & Finance group. Jon provides strategic advice to both financial institutions and commercial borrowers across a multiplicity of industries. Jon is actively involved in structuring and documenting financial, equity and commodity derivative transactions for financial institutions, mutual funds and other end-users.
