Counsel to the firm. Ken practises mainly in the area of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice. Lecturer in trial practice for the BAC of the LSUC and a trial demonstrator for Osgoode Hall Law School. Past Chair of the certification board of the LSUC and past co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Court Reform in Ontario. Former Dean of IATL and former President of MTLA and AS(O). Honourary life member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association. Past bencher of the LSUC, fellow of the ACTL, and Advocate Society Medal Recipient. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1951; appointed QC in 1963.
