Vast experience in different roles relevant to such specialization: counseling corporate clients with regards to complex IT system transactions (including Internet and e-commerce issues), drafting and negotiating various agreements, evaluation of the legal implications of websites, lecturing in Canada and abroad, etc. Certified arbitrator (Québec Bar and World Intellectual Property Organization) specializing in IT; has served repeatedly as arbitrator in IT litigation cases and acts as VP-IT of the Québec Arbitration and Mediation Institute.
