Craig Brown is a member of the Advocates’ Society, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has lectured in the Continuing Legal Education Programmes of The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. He is contributing editor of the legal text Thomson, Rogers on Municipal Liability. Craig acts for plaintiffs in personal injury claims, cases involving disputes over insurance coverage, claims arising out of professional malpractice and product liability litigation. He also represents plaintiffs in class action litigation.
