$750M Credit Facilities Provided to Millennium Southeast False Creek Properties

On October 2, 2007, credit facilities in the aggregate amount of $750 million were provided to Millennium Southeast False Creek Properties Ltd. (Millennium) by Fortress Credit Corp., a US based private lender, in order to finance the development by Millennium of certain lands located in Vancouver, British Columbia, for over one million square-feet of mixed use market residential units, affordable housing, rental housing and commercial uses; part of which shall be used as temporary housing for athletes during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Millennium was represented by Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, with a team consisting of John G.R. Third, Tim Bezeredi and Jyotika Reddy.
