On December 13, 2001, 3683249 Canada Inc., a nominee for Acktion Corporation, acquired a large development site in downtown Ottawa from Canril Corporation for $7.5 million, and an adjoining site from Judy Jay Shoes (1985) Limited for $1.1 million. The site is to be used for an office development. Terry Guilbault is principal of Canril.
