AltaGas Idemitsu Joint Venture Limited Partnership Acquires Two-Thirds Interest in PetroGas

AltaGas Idemitsu Joint Venture Limited Partnership (AIJVLP) acquired a two-thirds ownership interest in Petrogas Energy Corp. for $880 million.
