Auguste Masson, an experienced practitioner of corporate and commercial law, recently joined McMillan’s Montréal office. He advises on all stages of business development including mergers and acquisitions reorganizations and joint ventures. His transactional work has included creating a fund in the Caribbean to invest in civil aviation and sugarcane production, advising a German pharmaceutical group, and managing the acquisitions of a major Canadian trucking company. He was most recently a partner at Lavery, de Billy, L.L.P.
