Bank of America's Asset-Based Revolving Credit Facility in Favour of Intertape Polymer

On March 28, 2008, Intertape Polymer Group Inc. and certain of its Canadian and US affiliates, a group that specializes in developing and manufacturing a variety of polyolefin plastic and paper-based packaging products, as well as complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use, entered into US$200 million senior secured Canadian and US asset-based credit facilities.
Bank of America, N.A. was represented in Canada by Ogilvy Renault LLP with a team consisting of Kevin Morley, David Amato, James Padwick and Michele Friel, and in the United States by Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP with a team consisting of Bobbi Acord, Kathleen Currey, Harrison Roberts and Jason Loring.

Intertape Polymer Corp., IPG (US) Holdings Inc., IPG (US) Inc. and Intertape Polymer Inc., as Borrowers, were represented in Canada by Heenan Blaikie LLP with a team consisting of Keith Wilson, Lise Morissette and Olivier Tardif, and in the United States by Shutts & Bowen LLP with a team consisting of J. Gregory Humphries, Alfred Smith and Leann Warfield.
