Bank of Montreal renewed its US$5 billion euro medium term note programme on February 21, 2003. The co-arrangers were Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and Bank of Montreal, London, and the dealers were Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited, Deutsche Bank AG London, Goldman Sachs International, Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Limited.
The bank was represented by Robert Yalden and Rick Fullerton of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Sanjay Mehta of Allen & Overy provided English tax advice to the bank. The dealers were represented by Peter Noble and Susan Mann of Ogilvy Renault in London.
