The Arrangers were Barclays Bank PLC and Bank of Montreal, London Branch and the other dealers for the Programme were BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Société Générale and UBS Limited.
