Baylin Technologies Completes IPO

Baylin Technologies Inc. completed its initial public offering, and Baylin Technologies common shares began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company issued 6,253,125 common shares at $8 per share for a total of approximately $50 million.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by Paradigm Capital Inc., and Raymond James Ltd., and included Cormark Securities Inc., Clarus Securities Inc., and M Partners Inc.

Baylin is a global provider of wireless component technology.
