Clients of Bentall Kennedy completed the purchase and financing of three regional enclosed shopping centres located in Ontario and British Columbia from Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). The purchased shopping centres are White Oaks Mall in London, Ontario, comprising 689,000 square feet; Hillside Centre in Victoria, British Columbia, comprising 591,000 square feet; and Eastgate Square in Hamilton, Ontario, at 505,000 square feet.
