Bank of Montreal updated its US$7 billion Euro medium term note program on December 21, 2004. The co-arrangers were Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and Bank of Montreal, London. The other dealers for the program were BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Merrill Lynch International and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd.
The dealers were represented by Susan Mann and Barry Segal of Ogilvy Renault LLP. Bank of Montreal was represented by in-house counsel Rick Mackenzie and Paul Noble, and by Robert Yalden and Rick Fullerton of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
