Bombardier Sells Military Aviation Services Unit

Bombardier sold its military aviation services unit to L-3 Communications MAS (Canada) Inc., an affiliate of New York-based L-3 Communications Corp. and Canadian-based Spar Aerospace Ltd. The deal closed on October 31, 2003. The sale of this unit was made for approximately US$87.4 million.
