Brookfield Infrastructure Completes $450M Medium Term Note Offering

On March 11, 2015, Brookfield Infrastructure Finance ULC, a subsidiary of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., completed a public offering of an aggregate principal amount of $450 million of medium term notes, Series 2, due March 11, 2022 and which will bear interest at a rate of 3.452 per cent per annum. 

The notes were offered through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., and TD Securities Inc. and which included CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
