Canada Establishes US$10B Programme for the Issuance of Notes

Her Majesty in right of Canada established a US$10 billion Programme for the Issuance of Notes (listed on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market) for offers outside the United States. The Programme was arranged by The Toronto-Dominion Bank.

Canada was represented internally by Martin Marcone, Legal Counsel, Department of Justice Canada, and externally by Robert Ripin of Hogan Lovells US LLP (New York) and Jill Barraclough and Andrew Carey of Hogan Lovells International LLP (London).
