Canadian Utilities Completes $150M Preferred Share Issue

Canadian Utilities Limited completed a public offering of 6,000,000 4.90 per cent Cumulative Redeemable Second Preferred Shares Series BB at a price of $25.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $150,000,000. The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets and including TD Securities Inc. and Scotiabank.
