Carl Tremblay joined the partnership of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, after moving from Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP where he served as Québec Managing Partner from 2008 to 2016. Tremblay is an experienced practitioner of corporate law, and acts on many M&A transactions, private and public offerings, private financings and restructurings. His clientele includes the research centres and technology businesses in the provincial capital. He makes the move with Kateri-Anne Grenier, also formerly of Norton Rose Fulbright.
