Chevron Sells Shares of EnerPro Midstream

On July 2, 2004, Chevron Canada Resources completed the sale of all of the shares of EnerPro Midstream Co. to KeySpan Facilities Income Fund. The sale price was $268.5 million.

KeySpan was represented by its general counsel, Ian MacLean, and assisted by Macleod Dixon, with a team that included Chrysten Perry, Dan Baxter, KayLynn Litton and Leigh Peters on the transaction with Jim McKee and Dion Legge on tax matters and John Carleton on competition matters.
