Chorus Aviation acquires Voyageur Airways

On May 1, 2015, Chorus Aviation Inc. acquired Voyageur Airways, a private company based in North Bay, Ontario. Voyageur is a Transport Canada approved air operator and an integrated provider of specialized aviation services, including contract flying operations both internationally and domestically, and offers advanced engineering and maintenance capabilities. The purchase price, on  a cash free/debt free basis, represents a total enterprise value of approximately $80 million. The acquisition was made primarily in cash and a deferred component with a small portion by way of Chorus shares.
