CHS Capital's WASH Laundry Acquires Coinamatic Canada

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC (“WASH Laundry”), a portfolio company of CHS Capital LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, acquired Mississauga, Ontario based Coinamatic Canada Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

El Segundo, California based WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is a leading provider of laundry facilities management services for apartment properties, condominiums, college and university residence halls, military bases and other multi-housing locations.

Founded in Montreal in 1946, Coinamatic Canada is Canada's largest laundry route operator and a leader in the development and delivery of customized multi-residential and commercial laundry solutions.
