Congress Financial Provides Credit FAcility to Fila USA

On June 10, 2003, in connection with its acquisition of Fila USA, Inc., Enyce, LLC and Fila Canada, Inc., Cerberus Capital Management, LP, obtained a US$100 million secured revolving credit facility and a US$94,443,413 term loan for Fila and certain of its subsidiaries. Congress Financial Corporation acted as agent and lead lender for the U.S. portion of the revolving credit facility. Congress Financial Corporation (Canada) is providing the Canadian portion of the facility to Fila Canada. Madeleine LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus, is acting as agent and lead lender in connection with the term loan.
