Endeavour closes $144M bought-deal equity offering

On July 11, 2016, Endeavour Mining Corp. (Endeavour) completed a bought deal share offering for total aggregate gross proceeds of $143,750,000. Endeavour issued 7,187,500 shares at a price of $20.00 per share, including 937,500 shares issued as a result of the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and including Canaccord Genuity, Clarus Securities, Haywood Securities, Raymond James, RBC Dominion Securities and Scotia Capital.

Endeavour was represented by Stikeman Elliott LLP with a team that included Neville McClure, Michael Urbani, Shona Sinclair and John Bullock (securities) and David Weekes (tax). Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP acted as US counsel to Endeavour with a team including Christopher Cummings and Rebecca Vasluianu (securities).
