FGL Sports acquires Pro Hockey Life

FGL Sports Ltd., a division of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited, completed the acquisition of Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. for $85 million.

FGL Sports was represented in-house by Michael Medline, Canadian Tire president; Doug Nathanson, Canadian Tire senior vice president and chief corporate strategy and human resources officer; Robyn Collver, Canadian Tire senior vice president, secretary and general counsel; John Chimienti, Canadian Tire associate general counsel and chief counsel, retail; and Kristi Lalach, FGL Sports vice president, legal and compliance.
