First Capital Realty acquired Hazelton Lanes, a 205,000 square foot shopping centre in the Yorkville district of Toronto for approximately $108 million, from Hazelton Lanes Inc. Hazelton Lanes is anchored by a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods grocery store, and is located in one of Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods. The purchase price included the assumption of approximately $58 million in first mortgage debt.
