Garda World Security Corp. closes private offering of senior notes

GW Honos Security Corp., an affiliate of Garda World Security Corp., completed on May 8, 2017, a private offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 8.75 per cent (Notes).

The offering of the Notes was made in a private transaction in reliance upon an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933 in the United States and pursuant to the prospectus exemption of the Securities Act (Québec) for distribution of securities to persons established outside Québec.

Garda World Security Corp. is one of the largest privately owned security companies in the world.
