GenTek Emerges From Bankruptcy Protection

On November 10, 2003, GenTek Inc., a manufacturer of telecommunications and other industrial products, emerged from Chapter 11 proceedings with the benefit of a US$125 million asset-based revolving credit facility in favour of GenTek Inc. and its US subsidiaries, as US borrowers, and Noma Co., as Canadian borrower, all arranged and agented by Bank of America, NA.
