Golden Credit Card Trust completed a $1 billion public offering of three-year and five-year senior and subordinated credit card-backed notes. On June 29, 2001, the notes were secured by an interest in credit card receivables originated by Royal Bank of Canada. The syndicate of underwriters was led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
