GreenField Ethanol Enters into Senior Secured Credit Facilities

GreenField Ethanol Inc. (“GreenField”) and its subsidiaries entered into senior secured credit facilities in the aggregate principal amount of $225,000,000. The syndicate of international lenders was led by The Bank of Nova Scotia (“BNS”), as administrative agent and BNS and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. as co-leads.

GreenField was represented by its in-house counsel Brian Keith and by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with a team that included Gus Karantzoulis, Sonia Molodecky, Jenna Grant, Glen Bowman, Olivier Tardif and Richard Manias.

The lenders were represented by Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP with a team that included John Torrey, Thomas Meagher, David Ferris, Dev Singh, Paul King and Angela Onesi.
