Huskey Injection Molding Completes Credit Facilities Refinancing

On August 12, 2003, Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. completed a refinancing of its credit facilities in the amount of US$75 million with a syndicate of lenders, led by TD Securities Inc. and including Royal Bank of Canada and National Bank of Canada.

Husky was represented by Torys LLP, with a team that included Adam Delean and Jamie Koumanakos. The lenders were represented by Goodmans LLP, with a team that included David Nadler and Shauna MacDougall.
