KPMG to Anchor Bay Adelaide Centre Development

KPMG LLP and Brookfield Properties have entered into a long-term lease under which KPMG will be the anchor tenant of 250,000 square feet (the top 10 floors) in Bay Adelaide Centre West, a new 50-storey office tower being constructed by Brookfield Properties. It is the first phase of its 2.6 million square foot Bay Adelaide Centre development in Toronto's financial core. The Bay Adelaide Centre development is the first new development in Toronto's financial core since BCE Place was completed in 1992. Occupancy of Bay Adelaide Centre West is expected in 2009.
