In addition to handling the sale of 4 King Street West in Toronto, Blakes is advising MetLife in connection with its joint venture interests in the Yonge-Eglinton Centre and the Sheraton Centre, both in Toronto. Blakes is also acting on some of the sales of properties in the National Capital Region, has completed the sale of lands at 18 King Street East in Toronto, and has finalized the disposition of Marine Way Business Centre and Imperial Square, both in Burnaby, British Columbia.
