Mosaic Group Inc. Acquires Paradigm Direct

(Mosaic), a Toronto-based sales and marketing services provider, completed its acquisition of Paradigm Direct LLC (Paradigm), a provider of direct mail and telemarketing services. Consideration for the acquisition was US$102 million in cash and common stock and an undisclosed amount in profit-related payments.
