Nexfor's Offering of US$200M in Debt Securities

On March 20, 2001, Nexfor Inc. completed an offering of US$200 million in debt securities in the US and Ontario pursuant to a short-form shelf prospectus filed with the OSC and the SEC under the multi-jurisdictional disclosure system.
