RBC Completes Concurrent Issuances Of Notes

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) completed the concurrent issuances of US$1.25 billion of 1.45 per cent Senior Notes, Series E, and US$750 million of Senior Floating Rate Notes, both due October 30, 2014. The notes were underwritten by RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., ING Financial Markets, LLC, nabSecurities, LLC, ANZ Securities, Inc., BB&T Capital Markets, a division of Scott & Stringfellow, LLC, BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Lloyds Securities, Inc., National Bank of Canada Financial Inc., Rabo Securities USA, Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc., SG Americas Securities, LLC, UBS Securities, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
