RNC Gold and Tango Mineral Resources Merge

RNC Gold Inc. merged with Tango Mineral Resources Inc. by way of a securities exchange agreement, on December 4, 2003. The RNC shares and warrants commenced trading on the TSE on December 10, with a market capitalization of approximately $70 million.
