Rogers Cable Issues Debt Securities

Rogers Cable Inc., on June 19, 2003, completed a US$350 million offering of its 6.25 per cent senior (secured) second priority notes due in 2013. The securities were privately placed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A.
