Rogers Sugar Income Fund completed its secondary offering of 27,243,420 trust units on July 14, 2003. The trust units were sold by affiliates of Onex Corporation and other related investors for gross proceeds of $111,698,022. The underwriting syndicate was led by Scotia Capital Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
