Schooner Trust completed its seventh public offering of commercial mortgage-backed securities on April 27, 2005. The total issue was approximately $375 million. The pass-through certificates were backed by a diverse pool of 94 commercial mortgages originated by the Toronto-Dominion Bank and First National Financial Corp. TD Securities Inc. acted as the sole underwriter.
