Scott Andersen moves to Lawson Lundell

Scott Andersen moved his commercial litigation practice to Lawson Lundell LLP. He is now a partner in both the Vancouver and Kelowna offices of the firm. He advises on disputes arising from the sale of goods or services, real estate construction and development, the lending (and recovery) of money on a secured or unsecured basis, claims of professional negligence and shareholder disputes. He advises on CCAA, bankruptcy, receivership and foreclosure proceedings. He has appeared before all levels of court in BC, Alberta and federally.
