Shell Canada Sells Thermoshell Business

On October 31, 2006, Shell Canada Products, an affiliate of Shell Canada Limited, completed the sale of its Thermoshell residential, commercial and agricultural heating fuel and other light oils business in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island to Bluewave Energy Inc. The business will be operated in those provinces by Bluewave Energy Limited Partnership. The Shell Canada Products legal team on this transaction was led by Shell's in-house legal counsel, Lesley Lawrence.

Also on October 31, 2006, Shell Canada Products completed the sale of its Thermoshell residential, commercial and agricultural heating fuel and other light oils business in Quebec to Chauffage P. Gosselin Inc. The Shell Canada Products legal team on this transaction was led by Shell's in-house legal counsel, Ladan Nassiry.
