SNC-Lavalin Group Completes $350M Debt Offering

On July 3, 2009, SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (TSX:SNC), one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world and a major player in the ownership and in the financing of operations and infrastructures, closed a public offering in Canada of $350 million principal amount of 6.19 per cent Debentures due 2019.

The offering was led on an agency basis by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. as sole bookrunner and a syndicate including Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., BNP Paribas (Canada) Securities Inc., National Bank of Canada and Casgrain & Company Limited.
