in February. Described as a “highly capable defender of IP rights on the world stage,” she advises on a range of trademark, copyright and design matters, including local trademark prosecution, litigation and global anti-counterfeiting programmes. She frequently writes and speaks on strategic brand protection. Prior to joining the firm, D’Souza-Culora practised with Baker & McKenzie in Toronto and London, England.
