TD Bank Issues $900M of MTNs

On May 20, 2003, The Toronto-Dominion Bank completed an offering of $900 million of 5.69 per cent medium term notes due June 3, 2018. TD Securities Inc. led the dealer syndicate, which included RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Trilon Securities Corporation.
