TELUS COMPLETES $1.7B DEBT OFFERING

TELUS Corporation completed a public offering of $1.7 billion in aggregate principal amount of new senior unsecured notes, comprising $1.1-billion aggregate principal amount of 3.35 per cent Series

CK notes due on April 1, 2024, and $600-million aggregate principal amount of 4.40 per cent Series CL notes due on April 1, 2043.

The syndicate for the offering of the notes was co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.
