Tetra Tech Acquires Canadian Consulting and Engineering Firm BPR

Tetra Tech, a world-wide consulting, engineering and construction firm based in Pasadena, California, and listed on the NASDAQ, acquired BPR in a transaction that closed on October 4, 2010.

BPR is one of the largest independent engineering services firms in Canada. Headquartered in Québec City, the firm has more then 1,600 employees, and generated approximately US$170 million in revenue over the 12-month-period preceding its acquisition by Tetra Tech.
Financial details of the transaction were undisclosed.
