Thomson Reuters Completes US$1.75 Billion and $1.2 Billion Note Offerings

In June 2008, Thomson Reuters completed a US$1.75 billion offering of notes in the United States and a $1.2 billion offering of notes in Canada. The notes were issued by Thomson Reuters Corporation and were unconditionally guaranteed by Thomson Reuters PLC. The US offering included US$750 million of 5.95 per cent notes due 2013 and US$1 billion of 6.50 per cent notes due 2018. The joint book-running managers were Barclays Capital Inc., Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. The Canadian offering included $600 million of 5.25 per cent notes due 2011 and $600 million of 5.70 per cent notes due 2015. The joint book-running managers were TD Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
