WSP Global Inc. completed its acquisition of Focus Group Holding Inc., a portfolio company of KRG Capital Partners, through a plan of arrangement, pursuant to Section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) for a purchase price of approximately $366 million, which was paid in cash.
Focus is an engineering and geomatics firm based in Alberta serving the oil and gas industry in Western Canada.
